What is Shesensu Fitness?

A class that transforms how you feel about yourself and your body

Shesensu is an energetic mindful movement flow. It's a fun & effective mixed movement class for all levels. Anyone can try it!

Shesensu is concept that involves mobility, functional moves, cardio and floorwork. 

You'll raise your heart rate, stretch, strengthen and give attention to the whole body. You'll feel uplifted and free - you'll be addicted. Expect a soundtrack of motivating, electronic and tribal beats,  you'll feel the rhythms  deep in your body.

Shesensu creates a mind body connection,  it's a holistic experience and encourages appreciation and respect for the body... letting you admire what your body can do rather then what it can't.

Shesensu was created by Tara Lee Oakley after 23 years experience in the dance and fitness industry. After teaching over 15,000 classes she developed her own concept because she felt there was space for a low impact high energy class that was fluid, flowing and a cross between dance, yoga, primal moves and fitness.
